Family with Teens
Upon arrival we were greeted pleasantly and although we were early for check in for our three rooms she was able to get us into one room so that we could bring in our luggage and freshen up. This is an older property with dated furniture and amenities. The rooms were clean with the exception of one room had a toilet that was used but not flushed. The breakfast in the morning was acceptable. At checkout when asked about our stay I mentioned the un-flushed toilet in the room and the girl at the front desk went out of her way to apologize and compensate me for the inconvenience. ...read more

I didn't like the stuff smell in the hallway. I think something can be done about that, but other than that it was ok but I don't think I will stay there again.

Solo Traveler
Very nice for overnights. The room was really nice. The pool is a little small and if it were a family vacation for a long period of time it might not have enough for children. It is perfect for short stays and business travelers. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
The hotel was located in a location convenient to the freeway and easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful. Common areas were clean and well kept. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

This hotel is definitely not worth the money paid or the star level listed. The staff is mostly non caring, they are there for only a paycheck. They obviously do not have the training needed for their positions. It was not as kept up as it should be. The fridge needed repair and never even got looked at while there. Messages do not get passed to proper people. It was a bad experience and still after checkout they are mis-charging my credit card! ...read more
